Flourless Pancakes

Flourless Pancakes 21 day Fix approved! 



Portion break down for 3 pancakes: 1/4 yellow, 1/2 red and 1 purple

Pancakes are breakfasts comfort food if you ask me. Once starting the challenge it was important to me to find alternatives to all the foods I love. Never should I ever feel deprived of yummy food!





Serving size: 2 Makes: 6 pancakes Cook time: 5 mins

Ingredients: 

2TBSP Coconut Oil Organic
2 eggs
1 banana
3/4 Oats
4 oz of unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon 

Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
2. Heat griddle pan with coconut oil and pour mixture onto pan, making small pancakes.
3. Brown on both sides. When the batter beginning to bubble it is time to flip them.
3. Drizzle pure maple syrup or eat them plain.

OPTIONAL add fruit to top.
